Our generator repair services can be utilized when:

You purchased a home generator from us, but you are not currently using one of our popular maintenance programs.
You purchased a standby generator from another company.

In any situation, we can only offer home generator repair services when your generator is currently conforming to all applicable building codes. If it is not, our first step will be to document with photos where it is deviating from code.

If it is, we will supply a preventative maintenance agreement. Once you are signed up as a customer, we will provide a repair estimate.

Of course, generator repairs are by nature unpredictable. That’s why both of our maintenance plans include unlimited, quoted generator repair services and emergency servicing.
