Lindsay Warner represents the fifth generation of Wade’s Dairy leadership. With a background in Human Resources and a SHRM-CP certification, she brings a people-first approach to business and a passion for honoring Wade’s legacy while moving it forward.
Lindsay began her career in HR, where she strengthened employee engagement and enhanced workplace culture. Now, as President, she’s steering the company into a new era — investing in technology, growing product offerings, and championing community involvement. Her leadership ensures that Wade’s remains rooted in trust, but ready for what’s next.

With years of experience in food distribution and logistics, Dave Gambino knows what it takes to keep trucks on time, customers happy, and operations running smoothly. As Vice President, Dave works closely with both the sales and distribution teams to deliver consistently excellent service and product availability.
Dave is known for fostering strong client relationships, identifying efficiency improvements, and helping the Wade’s team anticipate — and meet — the evolving needs of schools, restaurants, and foodservice operators across the region.

Samuel has been part of the Wade’s family for over three decades. As Distribution Manager, he oversees the entire logistics operation — from warehouse coordination to fleet performance — ensuring every order is packed, shipped, and delivered with precision.
His encyclopedic knowledge of routes, clients, and cold-chain best practices makes him an invaluable leader behind the scenes. Samuel’s steady hand and dedication help Wade’s maintain its hard-earned reputation for reliability.
